1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use SocialBunny. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. The service

SocialBunny learns your writing voice from samples you provide, then drafts, schedules, predicts the performance of, and—upon your approval—publishes content across connected social platforms. Features, supported platforms, and limits may change as the service evolves.

3. Your content & approvals

You retain ownership of the content you provide and the content your clone generates for you. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service on your behalf. Nothing is published to a connected platform without your approval, whether given per-post or through settings you configure (such as auto-approval rules you explicitly enable). You are responsible for the content that is ultimately published from your account.

4. Connected platforms

SocialBunny interacts with third-party platforms (such as LinkedIn, X, and Threads) through their APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, rate limits, or actions taken by those platforms, including the suspension of your platform accounts. You authorize us to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SocialBunny to:

• Post content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise harmful.
• Generate spam, engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior, or violate any platform's rules.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or its security.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

6. AI-generated content

SocialBunny uses AI to produce drafts and predictions. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate. Virality predictions and analytics are estimates, not guarantees of results.

7. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual property

SocialBunny and its software, design, and trademarks are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding except as needed to use the service. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

9. Termination

You may stop using SocialBunny and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular growth or engagement outcome will be achieved.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialBunny and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SocialBunny operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
